1. Introduction

By submitting content to the Services, you grant PureFiery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Violating the privacy or infringing the intellectual property rights of others
Posting or transmitting content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device to retrieve or index any portion of the Services

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

PUREFIERY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PUREFIERY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bucharest, Romania, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue thereof.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Services after the revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
